Pistachio Chicken | Recipe First, Useless Chatter After


Pistachio Chicken


4lb chicken breast, cubed

Olive oil

Salt, pepper, and seasonings

4c hulled and crushed pistachios


In a large Ziploc bag, combine pistachios, salt, and pepper and smash to a bread crumb consistency.

Place cubed chicken in bag and toss to coat in pistachio mix.

Lightly fry in a pan with olive oil until cooked through.

Serve with veggies and potatoes for a great meal!

The Backstory

Although this recipe is a bit pricey due to the cost of pistachios, it is a family favorite or something I bring out when I’m feeling bougie! It’s quick to make and my kids love smashing the pistachios!
